By Land, Sea and Air is a mission in Grand Theft Auto Online given to the protagonist of GTA Online by garment factory owner Lester Crest. The player must have reached rank thirty, which can be played by two to four players.
Mission
The protagonists, with their instructions to steal a military aircraft, go to Pier 400 either by land or air and are confronted by Merryweather Security Consulting mercenaries. If arriving by land, the protagonists will work their way to the roof while by air, the protagonist(s) can land on the roof. After killing the Merryweather mercenaries present, the protagonists steal the two Buzzard Attack Choppers and flee the scene. They are pursued by three Merryweather helicopters and, after destroying them with the on-board rockets, deliver the Buzzards to Lester Crest's warehouse in Murrieta Heights.

Lester Crest: Merryweather's ramping up of domestic operations does have a silver lining - a sudden influx of state-of-the-art military aircraft. They have two armed helicopters in storage on the Pier 400 rooftop at the west docks that would serve me very well on another job. Deliver them to the warehouse and I'll make sure you're looked after. Those psychos are tooled up so watch yourself.
Reward
The mission will reward the player with 15 JP. The monetary and RP rewards will vary depending on the difficulty of the mission and the time taken to complete the mission.
