Crime Scenester is a mission in Grand Theft Auto Online given to the protagonist of GTA Online by garment factory owner Lester Crest. The player must have reached rank twenty and downloaded the High Life Update to unlock the mission, which can be played by one to four players.
Mission
The protagonist(s), having received their instructions from Lester Crest to steal some marked cash from some corrupt police officers, head to the crime scene the officers are attending. Upon reaching the scene, located in a small alleyway of Popular St in La Mesa, confront and kill a number of police officers before obtaining the cash. The police will then launch a three star search. After losing the police, the protagonist(s) returns the marked cash to Lester's warehouse in Murrieta Heights.

Lester Crest: How do you feel about taking stuff from the cops? What if those cops were dirty? Really dirty? Really, really dirty? Okay, good. They've just taken some marked cash off a contact which could cause us problems. Get it back to me before the LSPD trace it to me.

Reward
The mission will reward the player with 15 JP. The monetary and RP rewards will vary depending on the difficulty of the mission and the time taken to complete the mission.
