This is the fourth mission for Pegorino. When Niko goes there he's having a meeting with Phil and Ray. when the two leave Pegorino says that he thinks one of the two are rats and says that he needs time to think about it. Sometime later Pegorino calls and tells you that he thinks it's Ray and asks you to kill him. When you get to Ray he's on his way to a meeting with his bodyguards. You have to kill them all. the quickest way to do this is to have a rocket launcher and blow them up. note when you hit there car or fire a gun they will then try to run. | This is the fourth mission for Pegorino.
