The '''Alderney safehouse''' is the last [[Safehouses in GTA IV|safehouse]] acquired by [[Niko Bellic]] in [[Grand Theft Auto IV]]. It is given to him by [[Pegorino Family]] capo [[Ray Boccino]]. After completing sufficient work for him, Ray decides Niko would want to stay in Pegorino territory even more, which is [[Alderney]]. The safehouse is acquired after completing all of Ray Boccino's missions, along with one mission in Alderney (either [[Derrick McReary]]'s [[Smackdown (GTA IV)|Smackdown]] or [[Phil Bell]]'s [[Truck Hustle]]).

The safehouse is located at the southern half of Mahesh Avenue in [[Alderney City]], near the [[Booth Tunnel]]. It is pretty basic, like the first two Niko got. It has a post-bed, a not-so working TV, a greasy-splattered kitchen, and a ruined sofa. For this reason, the safehouse is not comparable to the preceding safehouses that the player may acquire in Algonquin: the [[Middle Park East Safehouse]] and [[Playboy X's Penthouse]]. Various things too can be found in the safehouse, such as stacks of newspapers and a phone book.
