Sometime after [[Closing The Deal|attacking]] [[Lenny Avery]], Trevor meets Josh at the Bilingsgate Motel for another "bouncy" session with Josh's lady friend. Trevor later comments that Josh isn't the "pimp" type, and Josh reveals that the woman is his second wife. Josh then asks Trevor if he remembers the mansion in [[Rockford Hills]] where they met. Josh tells Trevor that the house is in foreclosure; however, if an "accident" were to happen, Josh, not the bank, would collect the insurance money. Trevor understands that Josh wants him to burn the house down. | |||

Trevor then leaves the motel for Josh's house; on the way, Josh calls to tell Trevor that there's a propane gas grill in the backyard that he can use to start a fire with. When Trevor arrives at the house, he pours a trail of fuel from the grill to the front gate.
