Hamfists hands Claude a letter from Luigi, who asks Claude to take out a drug dealer at [[Portland Harbor]]. Luigi wants him dead and compensation for introducing his prostitutes to the drug [[SPANK]].

Claude puts the car into Luigi's garage in [[Portland View]], and completes the mission.
