'''Starfish Island''' is home to the rich and the wealthy of [[Vice City]] and is a small island in the middle of the city. Whether those people accumulated their wealth legally or not is a different story. It was the home to [[Ricardo Diaz]] and his gang, the [[Diaz's Gang|Diaz Gang]], until 1986 when the mansion was taken over by [[Tommy Vercetti]] in a [[Rub Out | large shootout]]. There are two specially-shaped swimming pools on the island in the yards of 2 mansions; a [[Rockstar Games|Rockstar]] logo and a bikini clad woman. Nice cars, like the [[Cheetah]], [[Phoenix]], and [[Infernus]] are usually seen driving around its streets. Members of the [[Patrol Invest Group]] are situated on the island to provide it's residents protection, but they can be seen running from the cops, however.
