Atomic is an auto parts company in Grand Theft Auto IV and Grand Theft Auto V. They make most of the tyres in GTA IV and some of the headlights. The company is likely based on the tyre company Goodyear, as Atomic operates the Atomic Blimp which is based on the Goodyear Blimp.
