Billy Grey
Billy Grey is the President of The Lost Motorcycle Club. The LCPD database states that he was responsible for some of the worst violence between The Lost and their rivals, The Angels of Death. As of the events of Grand Theft Auto IV he is incarcerated on a drug related felony, allowing Johnny Klebitz to take over as the acting leader of The Lost. Billy will appear in The Lost and Damned.
