Christopher Murney
Christopher Murney (born July 20, 1943 in Narragansett, Rhode Island) is an American actor and voice actor who voiced Kenny Crane and Dwayne Thorn in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. He has also appeared in the television series Remember WENN.
