His career suffers a decline after Carl Johnson steals his rhyme book and kills his manager, Alan Crawford, in an effort to jumpstart OG Loc's music career. Because of this, he had depression and commit suicide, however Carl Johnson saved his life and became his new manager. None of his songs can be heard on Radio Los Santos.

OG Loc

Jeffrey "OG Loc" Cross (Jonathan Anderson) is a "gangster" rapper, and the main rival of Madd Dogg. Cross begins his rise to fame in the rap industry when Madd Dogg's career declines. Under the management of Big Smoke, Loc gets a contract and begins recording an album. However, Carl Johnson helps Madd Dogg get back on his feet and they chase Loc through the west part of Los Santos. After this Cross' career slowly gets worse, including the death of his manager Big Smoke, until he finishes his first album, Str8 From Tha Streetz, at the end of the story. One of his song can be heard during the mission House Party. He can also be heard on Radio Los Santos making an "announcement".
