The Fighter is a fighter jet plane VTOL, that was planned to make an appearance in Grand Theft Auto IV and is going to appear in Grand Theft Auto V.

The Fighter was first seen in Max Payne 3 in a photo and it's mentioned in Max Payne 3 files. The plane seen in both first and second trailers and appears to be based on either the F35 Lightning II or the AV-8B Harrier II fighter jets.
