Griff is, in 2013, a resident of Harmony, Blaine County and stands outside Larry's RV Sales telling immigrants, in particular Mexicans and Canadians, to leave the United States. Griff dislikes Trevor Philips for being Canadian and tells him that Canadians are worse than Mexicans as they look like Americans. He wears clothing reminiscent of the American Revolutionary War era and holds a placard reading "This is the land of opportunity GET OUT!"
