Jimmy Fence is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series who is mentioned on the Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories website.

Jimmy Fence is a musician who was part of a group called The Toilet, also involving Crow. Fence is reportedly the cause for the break up of the group, wanting royalties for songs he claimed to have wrote.
