This article is for official news, real proof and significant rumours only.}} I think this is an irrelevant page until GTA V (if that's what it's called) is officially announced. And whoever posted that link (edit: Chip2007), did you read the description? He even says it is GTA SA with some mods. --Aussiebushmatt 17:18, 11 August 2008 (UTC) :You are correct, this page should not exist. I have deleted it until we have SOME information to go on. User:Gboyers talk 18:03, 11 August 2008 (UTC) :::when i hear definate proof from rockstar i will add it. but considering the time frame of the gta games it wont be soon User:Chip2007 ::::Of course. I presume there will be a few 'GTA IV-era' games before GTA V comes our way. Well, until then! --Aussiebushmatt 18:50, 11 August 2008 (UTC) Looking t the sheer difference in scale btw GTA IV and GTA III, I cant wait to go home to San Andreas. Can you say "GTA-Oblivion"! --Sukhoi35BM :As mentioned earlier, there is no source to prove the title of the next game, and everything that is written in the article. I do not think it was a new game will begin soon. None of the previous eras occurred in only one city. One could argue about the next game for home consoles, but does not mention a title without sources. In my opinion this article should be deleted until a trusted source, such as Rockstar, for example. Eduardo Sellan Brazilian, 01:06, February 19, 2010 ::I agree. This wiki is about facts, not fiction or assumption. -- Master Sima Yi 13:37, April 27, 2010 (UTC :::Yeah, I say go ahead and delete it. Interesting factoid about the Episodes from Liberty City booklet, though. --PsychoDuck 01:11, May 3, 2010 (UTC) well i dont think it should be deleted i think it should be moved to the gta 5 wishlist instead. == GTA uses roman numericals... == Move the page to Grand Theft Auto V. --Insane! 15:48, August 24, 2010 (UTC) :GTA 2 didn't use roman numerals. There's nothing to suggest it would be called five/5/V either - it might just be 'GTA IV London' or 'GTA Vice City 2' or 'GTA London 2012'. At this stage, the number format doesn't really matter, so long as people can find this page and understand what it means. There are some people that will get misread GTA V as GTA IV, or not understand that it means 5. This is just a simpler option until we have something more concrete. Does that work for you? Gboyers talk 17:51, August 24, 2010 (UTC) Yes, understood. --Insane! 23:12, August 24, 2010 (UTC) == Multiplayer? ==
Mike Toreno giving Carl Johnson instructions to send equipment to his friends
|Game||GTA San Andreas|
|Location||Verdant Meadows, Bone County, San Andreas|
|Unlocked by||Learning to Fly|
Carl arrives at the airstrip. While he is there waiting calling out for Toreno, he sneaks up behind him, effectively getting Carl in a choke hold. After Toreno lets Carl go and tells him to "wake up and smell the coffee", he explains that his agents are in trouble and they need a package delivered to them; if they don't get it by the nightfall, they will all be dead. Carl, after a little reluctance and confusion as to things, proceeds to the task.
Carl gets in a Rustler with the payload attached to the fuselage of the plane. Carl takes off, with Toreno reminding Carl stay under the radar so that he would not be spotted. He does so, and eventually arrives at Angel Pine, halfway across the state, to drop off the package. He releases the contraband, and makes his way back to Verdant Meadows, again while flying below the radar. Carl arrives at the airstrip, with Toreno congratulating him for a job well done.
(Carl and Toreno at the airstrip.)
Mike Toreno: Got you again, Carl. You're half asleep. I could have killed you in 9 different ways. Wake up and smell the coffee.
Carl Johnson: You need to lay off the coffee.
Mike Toreno: We got a problem. I got some guys out in the field need some equipment. If they don't get it, they'll be dead by nightfall.
Carl Johnson: Then take it to them.
Mike Toreno: Me take it to them?
Carl Johnson: Yeah, why not?
Mike Toreno: I got five guys watching me all the time. Two in that hill. One over there and two by satellite. If I go my guys and I will be dead. I don't have a death wish. I'm a man of peace, son.
Carl Johnson: Yeah, clearly.
Mike Toreno: Take the plane. You're not ready yet so stay low under the radar. Questions?
Carl Johnson: Yeah, just one thing...
Mike Toreno: Get to it.
Carl Johnson: Wait. Hey. Listen! Listen to me for once. Why won't these guys come after me?
Mike Toreno: Oh, they can't because they're all posted on me. One DEA. One FBI. A Russian, a Cuban double agent and my paymasters. Checks and balances. Nobody is watching anybody watching nobody. You know what I mean? Go.
Carl Johnson: Whatever, man.
(CJ begins the journey)
Mike Toreno: Carl, you gotta stay nice and low on your approce or you'll pop up on the rader. Use the canyon as cover.
Carl Johnson: You sure this thing is safe, I can see daylight through the floor?
Mike Toreno: Hey that thing you look like a enthusiast. The US Air Force is less likely to shoot you down.
Carl Johnson: Cool. What's the problem then?
Mike Toreno: I said less likely. If you did as many amphetamines as these guys do, you'd be lucky not to shoot anything that moves.
Carl Johnson: Aw, shit
Mike Toreno: Hey, just stay low and you'll be fine
(If Carl flies over the radar.)
Mike Toreno: Get below the radar!
(If Carl continues to fly high.)
Mike Toreno: Nap of the earth, Carl. Nap of the earth.
(If Carl gets spotted while flying above the radar.)
Mike Toreno: Shit, you've been spotted!
(Carl manages to return to the airstrip safely.)
Mike Toreno: Nice going, Carl. Really, you did good, kid!
Carl Johnson about to fly through a corona.
Carl Johnson flies along the shoreline at an under-the-radar level.
CJ arrives at the drop-off point in Angel Pine.
