The Ludendorff Police Department is the Law Enforcement of Ludendorff, North Yankton that only appear in the Prologue where many of them were killed in a shootout with Trevor Philips, Michael Townley, and Brad Snider.

The Ludendorff Police Department drive white Albany Esperantos and Declasse Rancher XLs with their livery on it.
Trivia
- Their Esperantos are the only ones seen in Grand Theft Auto V.
- Ludendorff's police cars are based on the Albany Esperanto and the Declasse Rancher XL. The use of 1980s era police vehicles during the 2000s may indicate that Ludendorff's police force is severely underfunded.
