This mission is given to you after all the previous main storyline missions are completed. It's given to you by a call from Little Jacob, after you've done the Revenge mission against Dimitri. Revenge against Kate's Death, you chase Pergerino's goons to an abandoned casino, then enter a massive fire fight. Chase Pergerino on a Sanchez, while he's in a boat then picked up by Little Jacob's Annhaliator, in the air. You both crash on Happiness Island, and you the proceed to kill Pergerino. Credits roll. (X360 Achievement - You Won 60GS)
