The Mendez mansion is the Mendez Brothers main HQ this is where Victor Vance takes all the missions from Armando and Diego Mendez also this is where Armando was killed. After the Mendez Brothers were killed the StreetWannabes toke it over this was also the site of a massacre in Vice City.
