Safehouse
A safehouse is a location in a GTA game where the user can save their game. In GTA games, the user cannot just go into a menu and save, they must find a save point or safehouse.
A Save Point is simply a floating save icon, but a Safehouse is an actual building which contains a save icon. In Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, safehouses also offer a wardrobe in which to change the players clothing.
