Teddy Benavidez is a leader of the Northwood Dominican Drug Dealers. He used to be friends with Ray Boccino, but their relationship ends as Teddy does not pay Ray the money he owes him. Ray orders Niko to kill Teddy at his apartment, but Niko gets in a large gunfight with Teddy's men before he corners Teddy on the apartment roof. Niko shoots Teddy and he falls off the roof to the ground, killing him.
