The Unnamed Accosiate is a man who helps Packie McReary in the mission Luck of the Irish. Niko Bellic has to snipe the men who try to kill both and Packie and him escape.

If you kill him, It will not show any effect to the storyline or mission failed.
His character model is based on other members of the McReary Mob.
He is known not to be Michael or Gordo.
