Wilhelm is a random character in Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars who employs the games protagonist, Huang Lee, on two occasions. The first time he has Huang Lee drive him to City Hall to buy more property, paying $250, and has him do the same again, for $500. Wilhelm later meets Lee again, on a bridge, and explains that the banks have foreclosed on all his purchased property and that he dropped his keys in the river. Wilhelm commits suicide by jumping into the river, despite efforts from Lee to stop him doing so. Lee, however, finds his keys on the pavement and takes his house as his own.

- When Wilhelm jumps from the bridge, a Wilhelm Scream is heard as he falls.
