William Fichtner
William Edward "Bill" Fichtner (born November 27, 1956 in East Meadow, New York) is an American actor who has appeared in television shows like Invasion and Prison Break and in films like Equilibrium and The Dark Knight. He provided the voice of Ken Rosenberg in both Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
