18 Wheeler Deathrace is a 1985 action film produced by Partial Pictures and mentioned in Grand Theft Auto V. The film features stuntman/actor turned politician Jock Cranley; promotional stills show Cranley jumping from a semi-truck while driving off the Maze Bank Tower.

Trivia

Despite the film being released in 1985, the Maze Bank Tower's real-life counterpart, the U.S. Bank Tower, did not start construction until 1987.
