Acter is a city in the State of Alderney. It is located within southern Alderney, bordered by Edison Ave in the North (Berchem), Hardtack Ave in the south (Tudor), Fulcrum Ave in the southeast (Port Tudor), and Strower Ave in the northeast (Normandy).

Character

Acter is mainly an industrial city, comprised of small construction sites and broken-down apartments. There are homes in Acter that are not classy looking, while some are run down with broken windows and plywood over the entrances. Acter is also a heavily gang influenced neighborhood, being the territory to Alderney chapters of The Lost Brotherhood and M.O.B.. Acter is one of the city's Ethnic identity cities, with the majority of residents being African-American.

Influences

Acter is meant to represent the residential areas of North Kearny, New Jersey, while it's continuation of Acter Industrial Park in the south is meant to represent the Industrial district in South Kearny, New Jersey.

• Satriale's Pork Store – Located in Kearny, NJ and made famous from being featured in The Sopranos. In the game, it's located on Moog St.
