Agent Ochre

Agent Ochre is a resident of Liberty City in 1998. Ochre is a multiplayer character in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. The name is most probably a reference to Agent Orange, a chemical used for mass deforestation in the Vietnam War.
