Andreas Sanchez is a character in the HD Universe who appears as a supporting character in Grand Theft Auto V. He is an FIB agent and partnered with Steve Haines.

Character history

Andreas Sanchez, by 2013, had been recruited and trained to an FIB agent operating in the field. He was paired up with Steve Haines, a celebrated agent and television show host, to expose his corrupt dealings with others in and outside the agency. Andreas is present during Haines and Norton's meeting with Michael De Santa when he is kidnap a terror suspect from the IAA and later collects the money stolen during a heist in Paleto Bay. Andreas later reveals his undercover status when the FIB attempt to arrest Haines, Norton and Michael. Haines is shot by another agent and, in an attempt to escape, Haines shoots Andreas in the head, killing him. After his death, Norton and Michael manage to escape the combined FIB and Merryweather with Norton saying he will lay the blame for the events on Sanchez.
