Andy Moon
Andy Moon is a pedestrian featured in Grand Theft Auto V. He will be seen preaching about how death with strike soon, and the player's character has the option to talk to Andy Moon. He appears in Vespucci along Magellan Avenue, just south of the barber shop, although he may appear in other places.
He is voiced by Erik Frandsen.
