Arnaud is a middle-aged French man in GTA: The Ballad of Gay Tony and meets Luis Lopez as a random character.
First Encounter
When they first met, the two got along and after some conversation near Star Junction, Luis took him to a massage spa for an appointment.
Second Encounter
The second time they met, Luis found Arnaud after a night of Chinese opium laden bondage with some Brazilian prostitues and was left on a street corner, beat up, with his wallet stolen. Claiming that the wallet had sentimental value, Luis agreed to chase the pimp, kill him, and return Arnaud's wallet.
Arnaud is never seen again after this.
