Atlantic Quays is a district in the southeast side of Portland Island, Liberty City in GTA III era. It is south of Portland Harbor and Trenton and east of Callahan Point. It has many warehouses and piers.
This is where Toni Cipriani receives missions from Vincenzo Cilli.
