You've seen them walking the streets, patrolling and keeping the neighborhood safe, working to put an end to violence on the streets of Liberty City. The Angels always work in pairs, and Toni Cipriani joinned them to fight the crime in the city. He has the option to work for the Angels, dispatching riotous mobs and bikers by any means possible, with special vehicles and wardrobes offered up as rewards. They are based on Real-existing "Guardian Angels", a non-profit, international, volunteer organization of unarmed citizen crime patrollers.

Toni gets a bulletproof/fireproof Avenger.
Stauton Island
You won't have to pay the cops any money, when gets busted.
Shoreside Vale
He receives a great hero costume(Hero Garb).
