This house is owned by former Grove Street Families member Mark "B Dup" Wayne, leaving his former residence at an apartment in Ganton after the Grove Street Families were disbanded in the mission Green Sabre. This house is used as a hub to sell crack to the neighborhood. The interior of the house is only seen once during a cutscene for the mission Beat Down on B Dup. The house is not normally accessible but can be accessed through the use of cheats or modifications.
