In this mission, Tommy will take two henchmen to a small bar on Ocean Drive. Get the car out front of the mansion and then drive to the bar, and kill the two guards out in front. Talk to the manager, who will then direct you to the headquarters of the guards a couple blocks north of there. Be careful and blow up the cars and kill the people there; two men will escape on PCJ-600s so chase after them and then kill them.
