Beachgate

Beachgate is a small, yet very affluent neighbourhood located at Broker's South-Eastern tip. The area houses a number of mansions and sports cars on their driveways. The area is surrounded by areas with high crime, particularly the Firefly Projects to the north; because of this, Beachgate is separated off from the rest of Broker by LCPD monitored barriers on a turning off of Crockett Avenue in Firefly Projects (however, during the events of GTA IV, the barriers are lifted and access is open to everyone). One of the mansions in Beachgate is home to Mikael and Ileyna Faustin (Mikael is a Russian Mob boss met early in GTA IV). Beachgate's real life archetype Brooklyn's Sea Gate neighborhood. The ocean is to the south of Beachgate while Firefly Island and the Firefly Projects lie to the West and North respectively. Hove Beach is to the north west.
