Berto Colon

Berto Colon (born May 18, 1973 in Ponce, Puerto Rico) is a Puerto Rican actor and voice actor who has appeared in television shows such as As the World Turns, Viva Hollywood! and All My Children. He provided the voice of Manny Escuela in Grand Theft Auto IV.
