A Bickle '76, or Bickle'76 in-game, is a supercharged red Taxi in GTA: Liberty City Stories, with a pair of fluffy dice hanging in the windscreen. It isn’t driven by anyone, but it becomes unlocked after completing 100 taxi fares. You can find the car at Mean Street Taxis in Trenton. So far, it is the only special taxi which isn’t based on a Cabbie. It also has a filled-in grille, as opposed to the standard ‘egg-crate’ version on normal taxis in Liberty City.Sometimes,the Bickle spawns without a taxi sign on the roof,which makes it look much sportier and nothing like a taxi.
