Big Smoke
Melvin Harris also know as Big Smoke; is an African-American gangster who is a double agent for both Grove Street Families and the Ballas gang in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. He is the only who helped OG Loc get to his fast food job after being released from prison. He is obese and a poor shot early in the game in the missions "wrong side of the tracks" and "just buisness" He also quotes from "the book" on numerous occasions but CJ is always bemused by these comments as "the book" does not exist.
