Billy Blue is an 18 year old singer who along with his twin brother and fellow Blue Brother Bobby Blue make an appearance in The Ballad of Gay Tony when Luis Lopez is requested to pick them up from the MeTV building and drive to Maisonette 9 whilst been chased by crazy female fans.
