Character history
Billy Dexter is, in 1992, the host of the Entertaining America show on West Coast Talk Radio, a talk radio station although he had wanted to call the show "Stack the Dex". He planned to interview Richard Goblin, a chef, before being fatally and accidentally shot by Jack Howitzer. Dexter was later replaced by Lazlow, with Howitzer later be put on trial for the murder of Dexter.
