Billy Dexter, in 1992 was the host of Entertaining America on WCTR, a talk radio station. He had wanted to call the Stack the Dex, but was unable to change the name. He planned to interview Richard Goblin, a chef, before being fatally and accidentally shot by Jack Howitzer.
