Billy Dexter, in [[1992]] was the host of Entertaining America on WCTR, a talk radio station. He had wanted to call the ''Stack the Dex'', but was unabele to change the name. He planned to interview [[Richard Goblin]], a chef, before being fatally and accidentally shot by [[Jack Howitzer]]. Dexter was later replaced by [[Lazlow]], with Howitzer later be put on trial for the murder of Dexter.

William "Billy" Dexter is a character from the Grand Theft Auto series who appears as a radio show host in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. He hosts Entertaining America on WCTR.
