Billy Grey

Billy Grey is the President of The Lost Motorcycle Club. The LCPD database states that he was responsible for some of the worst violence between The Lost and their rivals, The Angels of Death.

As of the events of Grand Theft Auto IV he is incarcerated on a drug related felony, allowing Johnny Klebitz to take over as the acting leader of The Lost.

Billy is released from a rehabilitation center after an unknown amount of time, possibly several months, and immediately retakes control of the Lost. His first order was the retrieval of his bike, which by doing so, he injured an associate of the Lost, and joined the gang on the murder of a dozen members of the AOD.

Throughout the game, Billy shows signs of getting greedy with power and possibly going morally insane.

Grey was arrested during a battle between Johnny and Jim Fitzgerald against many members of the Triads. The LCPD was called during the battle, and he was arrested, as the police believed him to be the one killing members of the Triads, while he was only watching. After this, Klebitz regains control of the Lost.

While in the state pen in Alderney, Billy makes a deal with the FIB to testify against the Brotherhood. Johnny and the remaining gang broke into the Alderney State Correctional Facility, guns blazing and Billy was killed personally by Klebitz before he could be taken away into the Witness Protection Agency.

After his murder, Klebitz orders the Lost disbanded and the clubhouse burned down.

Trivia

  • Billy is 37 years old during the events of The Lost and Damned, which places his date of birth in 1971. His loyal secretary, Brian Jeremy, is two years older than him (surprising because Brian looks younger than Johnny and Billy looks older than everyone else) and Jim, The Lost treasurer, is 45 years old and eight years older than Billy.
