Bilovski is a character in Grand Theft Auto 2 and is a gang member of the Russian Mafia in Anywhere City. Uno Carb of The Zaibatsu Corporation has Claude Speed collect various packages, which turn out to be a rocket launcher. Claude delivers the rocket launcher to Bilovski, who uses the weapon to commit suicide.
