You may be looking for Blaine County Talk Radio, a radio station in GTA V.

Blaine County is a large desert area of northern San Andreas and north of Los Santos, which appears in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online. Blaine County contains a number of farms and methamphetamine labs, resulting in a large portion of the population being farmers, farm hands or drug addicts.
