Blaine County also known as the Morning Glory County is a large desert and forest area in the northern half of Southern San Andreas founded in 1823. It is north of Los Santos and Los Santos County, which appears in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online. Blaine County contains a number of farms and methamphetamine labs, resulting in a large portion of the population being farmers, farm hands or drug addicts.
