Breach of Contract is a mission in Grand Theft Auto V given to protagonist Trevor Philips by former real estate agent Josh Bernstein from his burned down house in Rockford Hills, Los Santos.
Mission
Trevor shows up at Josh's gutted mansion, with Josh talking with two LSPD officers. Josh tells the officers that Trevor was the one who burned his house; however, Trevor retorts by saying that Josh had asked him to torch the house. Josh then tells the officers that Trevor is a stalker or an Epsilonist, and the two officers attempt to arrest Trevor. After dealing with the two officers, Trevor can either kill Josh, or let him go free.
