Brian's Faction are a outlaws motorcycle gang based at Alderney the gang is led by Brian Jeremy this gang is a faction of the Lost Brotherhood who betray Johnny Klebitz after the arrested of Billy Grey
Before the creation of this faction brian and all other bikers faithful to Billy takes Johnny and Jim Fiztgerald to deal with the triads who reveals himself to be an ambush (revealed in TBOGT) which led to the arrest of Billy and Brian desertation for created his own faction of the Lost MC.
Brian want to make a truce with Johnny and the other members but it is a trap and ordered the loyal bikers and Billy to kill him. but they are got kill by Johnny and the bikers who still loyal to him.

After find out where's brian Johnny with Terry and Clay makes his ways to finish it with Brian and his faction (depending the players choice) if you choice to kill Brian the gang is wipe out for good, if he spare brian he got be encounter has Random Character and drive Johnny to a ambush and force johnny to kill him for good
