Brian Vesuvius

Brian Vesuvius is a "groundbreaking illusionist" from Liberty City. He has in the past performed many great magical tricks such as once making his junk disappear between his legs and a stunt where he shrunk his head to half it's size live in space. A segment of Fizz! details his exploits. Vesuvius is likely a parody of David Blaine.
