Character history
Brother Leroy is, in 1997, a member of The Brotherhood of Jah Army of Love under the leadership of Brother Marcus. Leroy, a suicide bomber, has the protagonist drive him to a hotel in Richman Heights, which he destroys by detonating a bomb.
