Builders are a type of NPC that are found in every game in the Grand Theft Auto series. As the name states, they are NPCs that act as builders. In Grand Theft Auto:Vice City, Builders are commonly found in Viceport and around Avery Carrington's construction site. The Builders in Vice City wear yellow helmets, white singlets, blue jeans and black shoes. They are commonly seen driving around Viceport and Avery Carrington's construction site in construction and industrial related vehicles (mostly Mules, Bensons, Yankees, Burritoes, Rumpos, Ponies, Trashmasters, Packers and Securicars. Some builders carry Hammers and Screwdrivers; the player can obtain one by killing the builder and stealing it.
All of the builders in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City share the same character model as Mike Griffin.
