Builders
Builders are a type of NPC that are found in every game in the Grand Theft Auto series. As the name states, they are NPCs that act as builders. Builders are commonly found in Viceport and around Avery Carrington's construction site. In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Builders wear yellow helmets, white singlets, blue jeans and black shoes. All of the builders in Grand Theft AUto: Vice City share the same character model as Mike Griffin.
